Strengthening Local Operations and Supporting Drivers
yoxi is committed to being a mobility platform that both passengers and drivers can fully trust. The brand operates direct service centers across Taiwan’s six major metropolitan areas and offers new drivers a six-month dispatch fee waiver, helping them increase order opportunities and stabilize their income.
yoxi continues expanding taxi operations at major transportation hubs—including Zuoying and Changhua High-Speed Rail Stations—and actively integrates into local mobility networks.
In addition to its business expansion, yoxi is dedicated to ESG initiatives through programs such as the Elderly and Care Taxi Fleet, Maternity Ride Service, and the Mass-Produced Happiness Mobility Charity project. To date, the company has completed over 47,000 charity rides, demonstrating its long-term commitment to inclusive mobility.
Innovative Address Recognition Scan Feature Launched
Alongside stable growth, yoxi continues investing in innovative technologies. The newly launched Address Scan Recognition feature is designed especially for seniors, foreign visitors, and passengers who may find text input challenging. By simply scanning a street sign or uploading a photo of the address, the system automatically identifies the pick-up or drop-off location and completes the ride request.
This feature helps bridge digital and language gaps, further advancing yoxi’s mission of Mobility for All.
