Professional and attentive driver services is the golden standard at yoxi. With one-tap preferences, we'll never interrupt when you need to relax in peace, and we'll be the first to help when you have a specific need.
You can use mobile numbers to create a yoxi account. Additionally, you will need to create a password and agree to the terms and conditions.
Tap “Cancel Trip” on the bottom bar, and you can cancel your trip.
Within 4 hours of the end of your ride, you can tap on the relevant trip record through the “Trip Records” option, scroll down and tap on “Did you forget something in the car?”.
You can then call the driver directly or leave a message for customer service to help you contact the driver.
If it has been more than 4 hours since your ride, you can choose to report it through “Report to Customer Service” or call our customer service hotline at 886+2-7730-1777 for assistance.
Yellow Taxi: The fare will be charged according to the meter standard in each area, or the price agreed between the driver and you.
Diversified Taxi: The fare will be charged according to the estimated fare indicated on the yoxi app or the fixed fare agreed between the driver and you.
* We kindly remind you to check your belongings when you get off the taxi, and to report your lost valuables to the police first. We will do our best to help you find them, but we cannot guarantee that the driver will be able to recover your lost items. The driver is not responsible for any items left in the vehicle.
When you have completed a ride, an e-receipt will be sent to the email you registered with yoxi.
If you need a physical (paper) receipt, please ask the driver for one at the end of your trip. You can also tap on “Export Trip” in the upper left menu of the app, check the relevant itinerary and tap on “Export” at the bottom, enter your email and tap on “Send Record”.
You can pay for your rides by either cash, credit card, debit card and Easy card.
